Meet Sandlot Homes
Let us build your next dream home...
Jeff Huberts
Founder/CEO
Jeff Huberts has building and remodeling in his DNA. He comes from a family of contractors who have been in the business for over 50 years. After helping remodel his brother’s home, followed by his own, he continued his passion by remodeling homes in his neighborhood. The side projects have blossomed into an unstoppable focus and energy to revitalize the most distressed home on a block, turning it into the most aesthetically pleasing and livable. This transformation now happens regularly through Sandlot Homes, as Jeff and his team bring vision, a persistent eye to detail, and an unmatched discipline for quality into each and every project. Although the impetus to build originated from his family, he’s cultivated and honed a distinguished sense of design artistry recognized by clients and peers alike. These creative pillars and foundation of quality have enabled Sandlot Homes to become the company it is today.
While Jeff is a talented builder and businessman, he also recognizes that passion must also have purpose. Jeff created SuiteKIDS Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit, which introduces at-risk youth to extraordinary sporting event or concert experiences. Through SuiteKIDS, Jeff is able to share his love of baseball and other sports with kids in his local community.
An avid baseball player since childhood, Jeff pitched his first perfect game while at San Marcos High. He continued his accomplished baseball career at UCLA, where he lettered each of his four years while completing a degree in Economics.
Jeff spends family time with his children, the primary inspiration behind the name Sandlot. Jeff and his daughters, Ryley and Payton, regularly play a game where they tell each other they love each other “lots and lots and lots.” Say that 3 times fast, and you’ll soon discover the heart behind both Jeff Huberts and Sandlot.

Interior Designer
As an interior designer, my goal is to constantly create innovative designs that make each home unique in their own way. I love doing anything that requires creative effort and adventure, ranging from traveling to cooking, and making pottery. I design homes that feel warm and tasteful simultaneously. I do not believe that comfort and style come at each other’s expense, but prefer to see how they are able to come together and complement each other. Just as importantly as the design itself is the quality of the work, and I feel fortunate to work with such a team that has the same goals. Above all, we strive to create one of a kind homes that are livable and beautiful.
Art is not what you see but what you make others see. - Degas
